Once you've enabled game messages and are an active player, you should usually get at least one message a day. You might receive fun rewards like Jokers or coins, or notifications about events like the Spades Tournament starting.
If you’ve gone a full day without receiving a message, it’s worth trying a quick fix: unsubscribe and then resubscribe to game messages. This can help refresh your subscription and get things working again. Choose your device bellow to see how to do that.
- Click the "Game Updates" button on the right side of the game window. It will turn grey.
- Click it again to turn it blue.
- Tap the three horizontal lines on the left side of your screen.
- Toggle "Game Updates" off so it says "Game Updates off".
- Tap it again so it says "Game Updates on".
- Tap the three horizontal lines on the left side of your screen.
- Toggle "Game Updates" off so it’s deactivated.
- Tap it again to turn it back on (it should turn green).
Still not getting messages?
If the issue continues despite resubscribing, it’s likely due to an issue on Facebook’s side. Since game messages are connected to their servers, unfortunately, there’s not much we can do when problems arise. We recommend waiting a bit, as these kinds of issues usually get resolved within a few days. Thanks for your patience!
