Sometimes it's hard to describe certain issues or capture them in a picture. In those cases, recording a video of your screen can be super helpful - and sometimes our support team may even ask for one. Don’t worry, it sounds more technical than it is! Just follow these steps to easily record your screen on a computer or laptop:
- Type "game bar settings" into your search bar and click on it.
- In the settings window, make sure the toggle is set to "On" (as shown in the screenshot below).
- Close settings and open the game in your browser.
- Press the Windows key + G at the same time. This will open the capture window.
- Click the record button (the big dot) to start recording.
- Play as usual until the issue with blinds happens.
- Press Windows key + G again and click the stop button (the square) when you’re done.
- A pop-up will appear on the right side of your screen saying "Game clip recorded" - click on it.
- This will open your recording gallery. Click "Open file location" to find the file, then just attach it to your ticket or email reply.
