Issues with Decorations – Solitaire Home Story

Sometimes, there might be a problem with the decorations on your ranch. Whether it's a decoration reverting to its old state, disappearing, or showing up when it shouldn’t, don't worry! These issues are on our end, so you don’t need to do any troubleshooting. Just submit a ticket using the button on the bottom of the page, and our support team will take care of it.

Taking a Screenshot on Windows

Click on the Start menu (usually at the bottom-left corner of your screen).

Type Snipping Tool in the search box and press Enter.

In the Snipping Tool window, click the New button (it looks like a pair of scissors).

Click and drag your mouse over the area you want to capture.

Release the mouse when you’re happy with the selection. The screenshot will pop up in the Snipping Tool window.

To save it, click File Save as... or paste it directly using Ctrl + V.

Taking a Screenshot on Android

Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.

If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button, then tap Screenshot.

Once taken, the screenshot is saved to your photo gallery and can be attached to your support ticket or email reply.

Taking a Screenshot on iPhone

For models with Face ID:

Press and release the Side button and Volume up button at the same time.

Taking a Screenshot on iPad

For models without a Home button:

Press and release the Top button and either Volume button at the same time.
